PARTICIPANTS INFORMATION
Although our deadline was May 15 we still have booth availability in certain categories (excluding bands and entertainment). To apply please contact us to see if your work can be accepted into the festival.
We are no longer accepting band submissions for the 2008 Bodega Festival.
The festival entertainment encompasses an array of musical genres, such as blues, jazz, swing, cover rock, folk, world beat, Cajun zydeco and roots/country. We also book non-musical entertainment, such as juggling, magic, puppetry, storytelling, etc.
Our entertainment decisions are made between November and February. Please submit a CD and bio materials no earlier than October 2008 and no later than mid-January 2009 to be considered for next year's festival.

Please note: We receive over 100 submissions each year, so we only contact those we decide to hire. Decisions will be made by mid-March.
The festival prides itself on the fine quality art & craft marketplace. NO BUY & SELL, IMPORTS, OR MASS MANUFACTURED WORK IS ACCEPTED. If you are a commercial vendor please refer to the Sponsor Information Page.

There is no doubt that one big draw for this festival is the wonderful food. If you would like to have a food booth at the festival one requirement is that you feature seafood on your menu, or you serve only vegetarian food. For an application please email your mailing address to us and we will mail one to you.
